RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Paige Leather does not accept returns. Items may be exchanged within 14 days of the date received. The value of exchange item chosen must be equal to or higher than the value of the returned product. Personalized custom orders (ex. brands or initials) are non-returnable. ​

Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition or it will be sent back at buyers expense. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. ​

Merchandise purchased in person at a show can also be exchanged or store credit as long as it is returned in its original, undamaged state within 14 days of purchase.  

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are in addition to any order. All return or exchange shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. International shipping outside of Canada and the United States is available upon request by email to info@paigeleather.com ​

WEAR & TEAR

Paige Leather is not responsible for item wear and tear that is a result of customer use, including; constant rubbing, heavy packing, misuse, or harsh environmental conditions. Proper care for leather items will increase the lifespan of the product. Leather is a hardy material, but it needs to be cared for.

PROPER CARE

Skidmore's Leather Cream is an all-purpose leather care product that cleans, conditions, and protects all types of leather from the harsh effects of the environment......sun, wind, dryness, and moisture. Never submerge cowhide or leather product into water but use a damp cloth instead.

Hair-on cowhide can be carefully vacuumed as well. Cowhide should be treated differently than other leathers. Authentic cowhide is used with a variety of texture, tone, and patterns, all which expect a degree of shedding therefore limit friction to decrease wear and tear. Fixative to reduce shedding is NOT suggested and may ruin the hide. ​ ​

Any items with fringe should be hung up to avoid wrinkling.  Ideally purses should hung up as well, stuffed to hold their shape and oiled as needed.  Belts should be laid flat, hung up or rolled up to avoid kinks.
